Co-Head of Careers
Samara Malik
Hi I’m Samara, and I am really looking forward to being Careers Coordinator next year. I’m from Manchester but have also lived in London, Cardiff, Kaula Lumpur and now Coventry! I am passionate about all activities water related - I’m a lifeguard, swim teacher and scuba diver!

Co-Head of Talks
Kshitij Gupta
Hey everyone, I’m Kshitij Gupta. I was born in Kolkata, stayed in Nepal and moved to a city called Faridabad, where the best place of the city is actually a mile outside it. I’d say I’m amazing at drunk karaokes, while my friends might disagree, and I’m always down for a quick chat about economics, finance or anything – so feel free to reach out.

Co-Head of Socials
Anish Goel
Hi I’m Anish from Surrey and I’m gonna be one half of the social sec team for this year. Fun fact about me - when I was 4 years old, I got lost whilst chasing pigeons at the Eiffel Tower; I was unfortunately found. I’d also like to apologise in advance for the poor chat our president will inevitably bring over the next year.

Assumptions
Jack Donnelly
Hi, I’m Jack and I’m a first year economics student living in Jack Martin. I will be the Senior Editor of Assumptions this year. Beyond EconSoc I enjoy playing tennis, ski touring and watching basketball. I am hoping to build on the work we got a chance to be a part of last year with Assumptions!

Academic Officer
Jacob McLoughlin
Hi, I’m Jacob, a massive sports (but particularly cricket) fan from Surrey. Ironically, despite growing up in New Zealand, the one sport I can’t get behind is rugby. Needless to say I also enjoy economics, and I’m looking forward to seeing what EconSoc can do this year!

Sports Officer
Dhruv Puri
Hi, my name is Dhruv and I am the Sports Coordinator for the Warwick Economics Society. I am an avid viewer of F1 and have a passion for playing cricket. I am from New Delhi in India, and I hope I can help you guys to understand the importance of sport in our academic journey.
