BP – Integrated Supply and Trading

BP is one of the largest marketers and traders of oil and gas in the world. Integrated Supply and Trading (IST) is BP’s face to the traded markets, including oil, gas & power, and has a dedicated financial markets trading team that manages our daily exposure to global currency and interest rate fluctuations. We work with other energy companies and financial institutions such as investment banks and hedge funds, as well as companies looking to reduce their exposure to changing commodity prices.

Each day, BP physically moves massive quantities of oil, gas and refined products around the world through supply chains of immense complexity. A large part of our success rests on the value we create at every link in the chain. We work in some of the most dynamic market environments, applying trading, supply, risk management and information technology skills to what we do, all supported by a world-class control infrastructure.

Working in IST demands innovative thinking, an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to relate well with colleagues. We’re looking for people with a strong academic record and a 2:1 or higher degree in any discipline.
