The Economics Society are teaming up with one of our charity sponsors, TEACH FIRST, to give you some awesome work experience in teaching and charity work. We realise that not everyone wants to go into investment banking and it would be great if some of you would like to go into teaching Economics or other academic subjects.
Free Wednesday 3-5? Teach First is a unique opportunity to gain teaching experience and help your community. It will also give you experience to talk about in interviews. You'll be volunteering to teach maths or english to children in the local area who are bright, but in groups that are statistically unlikely to go to uni. The initial meeting is this Wednesday and there is no obligation to come again. If you're interested, sign up below to get on the mailing list!
