Ball Coordinators

Ball Coordinator – Lou Mewett

Having worked for UBS during the summers of 2007-2009, I will be interning with them in Prime Brokerage this summer. Last year I spent a month in Mumbai with the Royal Bank of Scotland as a winner of the 2011 An Indian Summer, One Day Entrepreneurial Competition. Additionally, I was awarded third place in the Warwick Entrepreneurs Be Your Own Boss competition in 2011. Previous experience organizing events includes being joint Tour Co-ordinator for the society in 2011. With a keen interest in finance and entrepreneurship, I know that along side the extremely talented Vice-Ball Co-ordinators we can create something truly spectacular for the Inaugural Warwick Economics Society Ball.

Vice Ball Coordinator – Megan Brown

After organising our first ever tour last year, I’m really excited to be involved in hosting the inaugural Economics Society Ball. Being something else that we’ve never done before, there is certainly pressure to make this a truly amazing event, but we’re definitely up to the challenge and hope to make the ball one of the most anticipated events on the calendar.

Vice Ball Coordinator – Amanda Feast

My name is Amanda Feast and I am a first year economics student. I was born in a sleepy little town just outside Brighton and lived there my whole life before coming to Warwick. I am particularly interested in development economics and have an ambition to work for an international NGO in the future.
