SOCIALISE

An excellent platform to meet, socialise and network with fellow students of similar interests. Through our Mentor Scheme, we’re able to help establish links between new and current economists, supporting incoming freshers throughout their time at Warwick.

DISCOUNTS

Exclusive discounts to all social events and merchandise throughout the year. With the support of our sponsors we are able to offer you cheaper deals for big social and networking events throughout the year. We are also in the process of developing a discount card that entitles all members to deals in the local area.

CAREERS

With the support of our sponsors, varying from Law firms to global financial institutions, we’re able to organise frequent events and insights into a variety of different career paths.

LEARN

We aim to invite a number of key-note economists, politicians and business representatives to give speaker events. This year has seen the likes of the Bank of England Chief Economist, Spencer Dale, ex-Greek Finance Minister, Nikos Christodoulakis and Warwick’s very own Lord Robert Skidelsky.

SPORT

The society has competed in Football, Cricket and Netball tournaments this year and have achieved notable successes in the past, including winning the KMPG Football XI League in 2010. In the coming year we aim to expand into further sports.
